Wiggle - Day 1,834

We're home again after a lovely weekend in London.  It's been hot and sunny but we had some fun walks with the dogs:

We're in London!

We are here for the weekend so Wiggle will be spending lots of time out on the balcony, keeping watch on the street.

Wiggle and Sofy got mail!

Sofy got in the box first as soon as I helped them open it:

New toys!

Such excitement, I wasn't even able to get the toys off their cardboard packing:

They're going to be saved for gentle play as they are too cute to be shredded in seconds!

Wiggle - Day 1,829

We were up and out early this morning and on our walk, noticed a petal on the footpath:

As it was still early, Wiggle had been Tweeting his love, LucytheLab, so when he saw the heart-shaped petal, he thought of his Lucy:

This evening, Wiggle and Sofy came out with me when I went over to Melksham to do some shopping.  They were especially excited when I stopped at a well known fastfood restaurant:

Wiggle was blurry-faced with his French fry:

Sofy was super fast and nearly ate my fingers!

Both waiting for their share of the cheeseburger.  A third for each of us, so evenly shared:

Wiggle - Day 1,827

Today has definitely not been a "flaming June" day!  The winds and rain didn't stop us getting out though so this afternoon we went up to the Downs.  Wiggle was running almost as soon as he was out of the car:

At the top of the ridge, Wiggle was bouncing around in the tall grass:

We got rained on once we were out of the cover of the tree's:

Wiggle ran ahead, doing his own thing:

Sofy started to follow but then came back to me:

Wiggle - Day 1,825

Today we said farewell to a very special Labbie - our friend Beenz.

We'll miss him lots but today was his time to leave his family and make his journey to Rainbow Bridge

Our thoughts are with Mindy and Paul and Toby xx

Wiggle's 5th Gotcha Day!

I'll never forget the day I met Wiggle - he was skinny, baldy, smelly and just wanted to be loved.  He came home with me, initially as a foster dog but it didn't take long to fall in love with him and he stayed.

Today we celebrate 5 years since Wiggle came home.

Words cannot describe how much I love Wiggle.  He's the most gentle, affectionate, handsome, funny, special boy and I will be forever grateful to LRSE&C for letting me share my life with him.

Another day of sun and showers but we did get out across the fields this afternoon after the rain had stopped.

Wiggle ran on ahead:

Wiggle found a small gap in the hedge to go through to the next field, but soon came back again:
