Wiggle - Day 709

We've not been anywere special over the weekend, just pottering about at home and walking up on the Downs. Sofy and Wiggle have been playing, eating and sleeping in between.

Rain, rain, go away!











Typical of a Bank Holiday weekend - rain! After our walk this morning, all Wiggle could do was sit and watch the rain through the patio doors. Sofy was also unimpressed










So, there was nothing for it. Curl up on the sofa and sleep while it rains:

Wiggle - Day 706

I keep getting distracted so have been halfway through this blog entry for ages!

Wiggle and Sofy are fast asleep now after a fun time earlier of playing and then their evening walk. Nowhere exciting today, well, not compared to yesterday's walk on the Downs!

We have a 3 day weekend, due to the Whitsun Bank Holiday on Monday so I'm sure Wiggle and Sofy will be having lots more fun over the next few days

We've been up to the Downs this evening but as I've been sidetracked doing other things, today's blog entry is short and sweet!

Wiggle - Day 703

This evening Wiggle and Sofy have been making their own fun in the garden. Sofy started off by chewing a Nylabone but when Wiggle dropped his new ball, Sofy decided she should have both!













Still needing a chew, Wiggle took a dip in the pool to retrieve another Nylabone and then settled down, chomping happily













Chewing was the theme for the evening, as demonstrated by Sofy:













Wiggle then decided he should help around the garden, in his own special, unhelpful way....

Wiggle - Day 702

Today I had a very lovely surprise - a beautiful, huge bouquet of flowers as a thank you from one of my clients. Always a nosey dog, Wiggle was keen to sniff the flowers as soon as I brought them home:











Sofy, meanwhile, was outside playing with the new ball which has lasted for a whole 24 hours!

Wiggle - Day 701

We've had another very hot and sunny day here today so once again, we went out quite early for our first walk. Then, later in the morning, we headed down to the very south of the county to meet up with some of Wiggle's Twitter pals at the Chaldicott Agility & Fun Dog Show which was held at Collarways near Shalftesbury.

It was lovely to see Barney again and also to meet Teagan who was one of Wiggle's first Twitter friends and who is only dinky compared to Wiggle!

Wiggle and Sofy went into a couple of the Dog Show classes and Wiggle won Best Rescue!

As the Collarways shop was open for the day, we popped in and spent lots of time browsing, not only because of all the wonderful things to look at, but also the air conditioning!

As Wiggle gets through his toy's so quickly, I treated him to a new ball which apparently, is guaranteed to last:

Wiggle - Day 700

We've got a lovely, hot sunshiney day here in our little corner of the world, so it was out early for our walk before it got too warm.

I had lots I wanted to get done in the garden, but as soon as my work was done, I filled up Wiggle's pool.

Sofy was first in:

Sofy decided to get all the toys out of the pool, one by one:





















But every time a toy came out, I threw it back in!

Not sure how long this hot weather will last, but Wiggle and Sofy have certainly enjoyed splashing around to keep cool.
