Wiggle - Day 727

We've had another glorious day here, with a beautiful sunny morning to start our day so we took ourselves to the fields across the road for our morning walk.

Wiggle wasted no time in running ahead:

While Wiggle sniffs, Sofy comes back to me:

Happy dogs, happy day!

Wiggle - Day 726 (again)

Seems I have the day numbers wrong again!

After blogging problems last night, I've managed to upload the other photo's from the show at the weekend. Our rescue stall:

After our reasonable success at the weekend, I've been looking for other shows to see if we can do a few more events and try and raise more money. So far I have got 2 definite dates lined up for show's where we can have a fundraising stall, so thats great.

The next event will be the weekend after next, so that gives me the weekend to get myself organised!

Wiggle - Day 726

Just a few photo's from Bowood show at the weekend. Sofy and Wiggle in front of our LRSE&C stall:

Later in the day, Sofy and Wiggle were getting tired after all the meeting and greeting so didn't look especially enthusiastic!

After sitting properly, Sofy decides to have a Silly Sofy moment.....

Wiggle - Day 725

Wiggle and Sofy have had a very busy weekend - but as Blogger is being really slow uploading photo's, I'll have to split out the days!

Our weekend started on Saturday with my parents coming to visit in the morning, which of course was very exciting for Wiggle and Sofy. Even though the parcels with gifts were for my birthday, they were still very interested in everything and especially the bag full of tennis balls which my mum brought for Wiggle.

A little while later, Mindy arrived with Toby and Beenz so as it was a lovely day, we all went over to Bradford on Avon for a walk along the river. Even in the water, Wiggle runs ahead!

Lots of splashing:

On dry land again, Beenz followed Wiggle and Sofy:

Wiggle, having fun, on the run:

Sofy swims while Wiggle looks at me:

We had a little excitement when Wiggle got stuck in the river which was very scary for me, but thankfully he was calm and clung on to the riverbank while I managed to get his lead on after a couple of attempts and pull him out!

After all that it was definitely time for refreshments when we reached the pub:

On the way back, I made sure Wiggle kept to dry land, until we'd gone past the part of the river with the steep bank while Sofy was just enjoying being in the sunshine ....

More to come tomorrow, including a report about our day at Bowood Show!

Wiggle - Day 722

Today Maddie went to her new home. She joined Wiggle and Sofy for our morning walk across the fields. Maddie would no doubt have loved to run around offlead but she still had fun, playing with Sofy while Wiggle was busy ignoring me & eating grass!

We'll miss seeing Maddie across the road but her new home sounds fab and I'm sure she will be very happy there.

Wiggle - Day 721

Wiggle and Sofy were very excited when I got home - probably due to the 3 large boxes!

The boxes contained the stock for our LRSE&C charity stall at the Bowood Show & Summer Fair on Sunday. Wiggle was keen to inspect the merchandise.....

Wiggle was so excited that he helped me open the next box!

Wiggle checks some of the stock:

And helps free some more of the Little Lab's trapped in their box:

Wiggle - Day 720

After playing, sleepy time usually follows. And for Sofy, that means snoring. Loudly!
