I'm very pleased to report that Wiggle has been feeling better since the weekend. He's been taking his antibiotics (hidden in dollops of Brussels pate!) and hasn't been sick although still wants to eat his meals half at a time. That's fine with me; I'm just happy that he is eating better.
Last night Wiggle went swimming which is his most favourite thing to do. He looks so blissfully happy, swimming for his toy or just resting and floating in the warm water. He doesn't worry about wobbling or falling over, he's just happy.
At his age, there will be days when Wiggle worries me and I fear that we are nearing the day I dread. But when I look at him, like I am now, and see him looking back at me through his cloudy eyes, I just think of how special he is and how lucky I am that Wiggle came to me back in June 2008.

What a lucky boy you are Wiggle, getting tablets in pate and going swimming! I bet the water is warmer than it is in the stinky water holes I go in on the heath!
Wiggle is on the best human hands
possible. He knows you are looking for his
best interest. When the day comes it will be
the right thing to do whatever you decide.
Can't think of any dog having a better life.
The looks he gives you are of gratitude.
Poor Wiggle! Hope he gets well soon! He looks sad!! :) (http://cattree.uk)
