This evening we met up with a friend from work and her dog for a walk. We walked along the old railway track and then into the field.
Dolly was looking around while Sofy was just looking:
It wasn't long before Dolly went faster:
Wiggle was running in the evening sun, with his eyes nearly closed:
Dolly took flight:
Wiggle and Sofy headed to the river but Dolly wasn't sure about going in:
She stood on the bank while Wiggle and Sofy splashed around:
Some encouragement from Sofy....

A cheeky pheasant ran across the field, followed at speed by Sofy but the mean pheasant then started to fly, so Sofy came back, disappointed:

That looks like it was a super fun walk! Isn't it fab now we've got long evenings for doing stuff - I wish it was like this all year long.
I'm very happy to see Dolly learning that water is fun. Sofy is a good teacher. Finally a sunny day.
Here in Montreal the 15 C from yesterday is now -1 C and we had some flurries.
