Wiggle - Day 1,076

After the rain yesterday, today we woke up to lovely sunshine - typical as it was back to work for me! Once we'd walked and they had had breakfast, Wiggle and Sofy lay out in the garden, staying on the sunny side:


This evening, after their dinner, it was outside again, with the sun on the other side of the garden, so that's where Sofy wanted to be:

Wiggle decided upon some post-dinner woogling, mostly in the sun:

And then flopped....

We've had miserable weather here - rain all day long which did not impress Wiggle!


After being towelled off from getting wet while walking, Wiggle decided there was nothing else to do on a soggy Bank Holiday Monday.....

We've mostly been pottering around, in between our walks. The weather was mostly cloudy with clouds that looked like it might rain but when we had some sunshine, Wiggle and Sofy were out in the garden.

First it was a warm-up stretch....

Then Sofy was first for some woogling:

Once Sofy was finished, it was Wiggle's turn to woogle:

And after not one, but two dinners (their own, then leftovers from mine!), it was time to settle down and relax for the evening:

After going to get dog food, we stopped at Maude Heath for some playtime. Wiggle was, as always, ready for the ball:

He had to wait for a moment with Sofy though:


Chasing after the ball:

Wiggle let Sofy bring the ball back:


And Sofy boinged about, happy to have the ball:

But then her ears went all flappy!

Back to a more normal look:

Wiggle was distracted (probably by cow poop) and Sofy had the ball again:

But next throw, Wiggle's concentration paid off and he beat Sofy to the ball:

Sofy could only follow behind:

Wiggle had some slobber on his head:

An acrobatic move to catch the ball:

Sofy was slowing down while Wiggle brought the ball back to me:

We've had a day of sunshine and showers although did manage to miss the heavy rain this morning which started just after we'd come back from walking in the fields.

This evening Wiggle and Sofy have mostly been relaxing...

Wiggle has been woogling for Wiggle Wednesday:


Sofy went to see what Wiggle was doing, possibly thinking about doing some woogling herself....

But instead she decided to just sit, sniff the air and let her mind wander into space....

Wiggle - Day 1,069

Earlier this evening, all that was left from the duck toy that Wiggle had been playing with at the weekend was the head. Here it is:

Wiggle lay in the early evening sun, chewing the duck's head:


Then Sofy got the duck head and she did some chewing too:

And before long, this was all that was left - an unstuffed head......

This afternoon we went up to the Downs for a walk and some play time and Wiggle and Sofy wasted no time and were running around as soon as they were out of the car:

Despite the sun, it was a VERY windy day, as demonstrated by flapping ears:

Blustery winds mean no control over ears!



The windy weather didn't stope Wiggle and Sofy doing some BIG running, chasing and fetching the ball:

Sofy also seemed to have lost control over her tongue!



Wiggle was also finding that panting was not so easy as the wind was blowing his tongue about too!
