Wiggle - Day 698

Recently, we've been doing what we like to call "power walking" and covering more miles at a nice steady pace, and after recently getting a step counter, I've been trying to achieve 10,000 steps per day.

In the mornings, we've been going across the fields by our house and in the evening, I plug in my iPod and we get walking at a good, fast pace and have ended up walking 2 or 3 miles.

Today, after a mad busy day at work, my step counter had reached 10,000 by the time I got home so I decided to give my legs a little rest and go to the Downs.

It doesn't seem that long since we were last there, but look how much the grass has grown?!
Wiggle and Sofy did lots of running, enjoying the peace and quiet of the eveninv.

Wiggle's saying "No power walking; just throw the ball!

Mom has a pedometer & knows how many steps it takes to get places, i.e Discovery Park = 6500 steps round trip. They had a contest at work but of course the warehouse guys won that; they were averaging 18,000+ steps a day on the job.

I wonder if being a dog with 4 paws I get double steps in? *thinking hard about this*
